Our program features expert-led training in Adult and Pediatric CPR, First Aid, and AED use, alongside specialized certificate classes for aspiring babysitters. Additionally, we recognize the importance of youth leadership programs and the role they play in personal development. Whether you are a student starting a first business, a parent, or a professional care provider, our hands-on curriculum provides the essential knowledge and confidence needed to respond effectively in any emergency.  Leaders of Speed is a specialized "Triple Threat" youth development program that integrates elite track athletics, college admissions access, and evidence-based mental health coaching. Led by an Executive Director who is a Certified Youth Mental Health Coach and USATF certified track coach, the program provides a high-touch environment for 12 high-potential student-leaders in Montgomery County, TX. By utilizing the track as a "stress lab," the program teaches emotional regulation and Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) resilience techniques alongside technical athletic training and an annual college tour. This pilot removes geographic and financial barriers for underserved youth, ensuring that athletic talent is paired with the social-emotional and academic infrastructure required for long-term success.

 The Parent Leadership Academy empowers caregivers to become powerful champions for their children’s long-term success. Through interactive workshops and expert-led sessions, parents develop vital skills in leadership, communication, and collaboration. In addition to mastering K-12 educational systems, our expanded curriculum focuses heavily on higher education milestones. We provide families with critical insights into college coaching, admissions strategies, and hands-on guidance to defeat 'summer melt'—ensuring the hard work done in high school translates into a successful first day on a college campus. 

 The Youth Leaders Collective empowers youth to lead with empathy and shape a more equitable future. Through community engagement, hands-on service projects, and tailored college coaching—including immersive campus tours—participants develop invaluable leadership skills. Our commitment to our youth deepens with our scholarship program. Scholarship recipients step into vital roles as Leadership Ambassadors, serving as mentors and role models for the high school cohort. In turn, these ambassadors are supported through their own critical transition with dedicated mentorship throughout their first year of higher education. Whether volunteering in the neighborhood or guiding peers through the college pipeline, members of the Youth Leaders Collective gain the real-world experiences necessary to become thoughtful, impactful changemakers.
