Our Approach

We serve youth between the ages of 6 to 18 by facilitating leadership development through a 5-point focus: 1) Academics, 2) Athletics, 3) College & career readiness, 4) Community service, and 5) Social and emotional learning. We aim to develop the whole child, one leader at a time.

Our Founder

Allow us to introduce you to our dedicated Founder/CEO, Dr. Brandy West. She brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and enthusiasm. Dr. West has a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications and Business from Texas Woman’s University, a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia University, and a doctorate degree from Southern Methodist University in Education Policy and Leadership. Dr. West has nearly 20 years of experience working with children in education serving in the roles of athletic coach, elementary and middle school teacher, Instructional Coach, Magnet Coordinator, Assistant Principal, University Professor, and District Administrator supporting Multi-Tiered Systems of Support. Dr. West is also very passionate about health and fitness as she is CPR certified, a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, and USATF Level 1 certified in track and field. Dr. West is a fierce advocate for equity and innovation and enjoys working with leaders of all ages – whether they are parents, professionals, teachers, future teachers, students, or athletes.
